Pillow: Spot Clean only. Remove cover and wash separately. Unclip belt from cover and tuck female buckle ends into pockets on cover. Place belt with lumbar pad inside cover and zip cover closed before placing in machine. Machine wash cool 65-85ºF (18-30ºC), gentle cycle. Non-chlorine bleach if needed.
